I've been feeling like such a pig lately... always sleeping late and waking up late.
Of course I enjoy the luxury of being able to sleep late during the holidays because I know when school reopens I will be "Miss panda-eyed" again and every morning I would be screaming : " i WANNA SLEEP MORE" but, i guess we can't always have everything. Bah^
I've been sleeping about 1 to 2 am in the morning and sometimes I really wonder why I can't sleep ealier... Im not used to it la! This reminds me of a way smokers can quit smoking.. In the same way that smokers can quit by cutting down on their cigarettes, I could also quit sleeping soooo late by sleeping at one the first night and then sleeping at 12.30 the next night and so on...
hmm... I've decided to sleep at 12 every night and wake up at 8.30 everyday.Ever heard that " sleeping early and waking up early is good for the body" ? well.... that's why Im so worried about my sleeping pattern. Anyway from experience, I always feel better and more refreshed when I sleep 8 hrs and wake up NOT so late rather than sleeping more than 8 hrs and waking up late. Aargh~ gonna pray about it... becoz to me: Prayer is Powerful! This comes from experience. Wanna know why I feel that way? tell u some other time... (bro wanna use the com)
