I just finished watching the Hana Yori Dango series which is the jap version of the drama "Meteor garden" (Taiwanese) and I miss it already!

Before watching it, I was wondering which version would be better and I have to say, the Jap version is maybe 10 or 100 times better!

Yes, the story and the plot and the ending was the same as the taiwan one but the jap actors/actresses are just so good at what they do, it makes such a difference.

The ending of HYD was sooo nice and complete that i felt it was worth it and not a waste of time watching it. To me, the ending of a drama makes or breaks it and the endings of some dramas that i've watched (meteor garden included) are just so unsatisfying and leaves it up to your imagination.
I definately prefer the ending that I want being fulfilled in the drama.

HYD is the best J-drama ever! It's a plus point that the two theme songs from the series (HYD: Ai Otsuka-Planetarium and HYD returns: Utada Hikaru-Flavour of life) makes the drama that much nicer to watch. I would watch it again man!!

For those who have not watched it, Go watch!! The ending is super super nice.
I heard that there's a final movie coming out in 2008. I'm gonna watch that! :)
